Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in property maintenance or related field.

- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine tasks in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs.
- Address service requests professionally and promptly.
- Ensure safe and compliant maintenance work.
- Proactively identify and resolve maintenance issues.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records.
- Work closely with property management, contractors, and vendors.
- Respond promptly to urgent maintenance issues for resident safety and comfort.
