Responsibilities

  • Perform routine tasks in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs.
  • Address service requests professionally and promptly.
  • Ensure safe and compliant maintenance work.
  • Proactively identify and resolve maintenance issues.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records.
  • Work closely with property management, contractors, and vendors.
  • Respond promptly to urgent maintenance issues for resident safety and comfort.
