About The Position

This position is responsible for executing customer projects by assembling teams, delegating responsibilities, developing schedules, and acquiring resources to ensure project completion. The specialist will provide management and customer support while partnering with sales, customers, merchandising, and vendors, and ensures department standards are communicated to project specialists, customers, and support staff. This role requires consistent operation of a Personal Vehicle, exceeding 20% of the average work week.

Requirements

Must reside in North Carolina.
Requires operation of a Personal Vehicle.
Generally 0-2 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 0-1 year of experience in a related field.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
3+ years of field project management.
Bilingual (Spanish/English).

Responsibilities

Works closely with customers to conduct thorough property walks of renovation projects, including measuring and reviewing available products, while actively upselling additional products.
Inputs data into appropriate systems, generating quotes, orders, presentations, and reports.
Acts as a liaison between sales, customers, and cross-functional teams to maintain effective communication, promote idea sharing, increase efficiency, and ensure timely delivery of products.
Oversees and harmonizes plans and schedules from all participating functions, ensuring compliance with the master schedule, and proactively resolving scheduling or inter-functional issues.
Conducts on-site inspections alongside customers to verify the availability of all materials required for renovation projects, reviews completed on-site tasks, and provides final approval.
Serves as a point of contact for all customer project issues and discrepancies, partnering with internal and external departments to resolve concerns efficiently.
