About The Position

We are a fast-growing property preservation company seeking reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced Property Preservation Crews and Contractors to handle foreclosed, vacant, and bank-owned properties. If you are a self-starter with your own equipment who wants a steady stream of local work with guaranteed weekly payouts, we want to partner with you immediately.

Requirements

• Proven experience in property preservation, REO maintenance, or general property contracting.
• Must own all necessary tools to complete the jobs (e.g., lawnmowers, string trimmers, air compressors for winterizations, drills/hand tools, generator, smartphone for photos).
• Reliable truck, van, or utility trailer capable of hauling equipment and debris.
• Active General Liability Insurance (or willingness to obtain it).
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard preservation tasks, including but not limited to: Initial Secure & Rekey (changing locks, installing lockboxes, securing windows/doors), Winterizations (performing full dry and wet winterizations), Vacancy Postings (placing legal and corporate notices and documenting with photos), Lawn Care & Yard Maintenance (initial cutbacks, ongoing grass cuts, edging, debris removal, exterior upkeep), Maid Refresh / Janitorial (deep cleaning, wiping counters, vacuuming, trash-outs), and Photo Documentation (providing thorough 'Before, During, and After' photos for every task via our reporting app).
• Hit strict 24- to 72-hour deadlines on work orders.
