About The Position

Every new home that joins Renjoy goes through you. You own onboarding end to end: from signed contract to guest-ready property to a clean handoff to Owner Relations. You set the timeline, utilize the vendors, make the calls, and make sure nothing launches until it's right. You'll also own off-boarding, so homes that leave us leave cleanly.

Requirements

2+ years of project management, property operations, or a similar role
Strong organization and attention to detail. You run multiple projects at once without dropping any.
Comfortable with data: you build reports and use numbers to make decisions
Computer literate.
Mechanical aptitude. You can look at HVAC, plumbing, or a hot tub and know when something's off.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

Experience with AI tools is strongly preferred.
Experience with vacation rentals, property management, or hospitality is a plus

Responsibilities

Manage the launch plan for every new property. Set priorities and deadlines, and ensure the home is ready to go live on time.
Secure permits and insurance, and collect owner ACH and W-9 information. Resolve issues that hold up a launch.
Evaluate, select, and secure property services such as lawn, irrigation, snow removal, and trash. Negotiate scope with vendors.
Run mechanical stress tests and judge which issues block launch and which can wait. Coordinate deep cleans and technology installs.
Build and improve the onboarding templates, checklists, and data standards that make every launch repeatable.
Track onboarding timelines and launch quality. Report to leadership on what's working and what's not.
Assign and review the work of the Onboarding Specialist and coordinate across Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Guest Experience.
Deliver fully onboarded homes to the Owner Relations Manager, and lead the off-boarding process.
