Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years in a Property Manager role.
• Experience managing a staff of two or more.
• Strong technical skills in budget preparation and reporting.
• Strong technical skills in finance, leasing, and operations.
• Solid understanding of Fair Housing.
• Enjoy customer service and working with the public.
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Prolonged periods standing and walking.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
• Ability to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather.

Responsibilities
