About The Position
The Collier Companies is seeking a Property Manager to join their team! This is an on-site role, reporting from one of The Collier Companies’ community offices in New Smyrna Beach. A Property Manager will be an experienced leader, with the ability to direct, motivate, and inspire a large team! Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a successful Community Manager is strongly preferred.
- Ability to manage a community size of 200 or more apartment homes.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team.
- Proven track record of marketing plan creation & successful implementation.
- Capital projects and maintenance knowledge.
- Ability to manage a financial plan (aka budget).
- Strong technical skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a quick problem-solving approach.
- An eye for detail and commitment to curb appeal standards.
- Desire to learn and grow within an award-winning organization.
Nice To Haves
- Background in conventional and student housing is a plus!
- A plus if you have experience creating your community’s financial plan!
- Experience with renovation projects and capital projects preferred.
- Experience with Entrata is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Manage a community size of 200 or more apartment homes.

- Manage a financial plan (budget).
- Create community financial plans.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain curb appeal standards.
