The Collier Companies is seeking a Property Manager to join their team! This is an on-site role, reporting from one of The Collier Companies’ community offices in New Smyrna Beach. A Property Manager will be an experienced leader, with the ability to direct, motivate, and inspire a large team! Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a successful Community Manager is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to manage a community size of 200 or more apartment homes.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team.
  • Proven track record of marketing plan creation & successful implementation.
  • Capital projects and maintenance knowledge.
  • Ability to manage a financial plan (aka budget).
  • Strong technical skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a quick problem-solving approach.
  • An eye for detail and commitment to curb appeal standards.
  • Desire to learn and grow within an award-winning organization.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in conventional and student housing is a plus!
  • A plus if you have experience creating your community’s financial plan!
  • Experience with renovation projects and capital projects preferred.
  • Experience with Entrata is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Manage a community size of 200 or more apartment homes.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team.
  • Create and implement marketing plans.
  • Oversee capital projects and maintenance.
  • Manage a financial plan (budget).
  • Create community financial plans.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain curb appeal standards.
