About The Position

The Property Manager is responsible for the overall management, performance, and daily operations of the property, providing leadership to the leasing, maintenance, and administrative team. This role combines hands-on management of leasing, financial performance, compliance, and resident relations with team supervision to ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and an exceptional resident experience.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 1-3 years of property management experience
Experience in customer service, financial reporting, and vendor management required
Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, landlord/tenant laws, and applicable housing regulations
Proficiency with property management software
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required

Responsibilities

Supervise and coach the leasing, maintenance, and administrative team, promoting a culture of accountability, service, and growth
Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring quality control, safety, and prompt resolution of maintenance needs
Conduct regular property inspections and ensure timely completion of work orders and capital improvements
Enforce Fair Housing laws and company policies consistently
Manage lease renewals, rent collection, and delinquency in accordance with company standards
Monitor and control expenses, identifying opportunities for cost savings
Handle escalated resident concerns and complete required operational, financial, and compliance reports accurately and on time
Manage capital project execution and property-level marketing initiatives using current market trends
