About The Position

Next Generation Management Services (NGMA) is seeking an experienced Florida Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) to oversee the daily operations of a large and complex residential community in Palm Beach County. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned association management professional who thrives in a leadership role and enjoys working closely with Boards of Directors, residents, vendors, and onsite staff. The successful candidate will be highly organized, financially savvy, and committed to delivering exceptional service while ensuring the community operates efficiently and in compliance with governing documents and Florida statutes.

Requirements

  • Active Florida Community Association Manager (CAM/LCAM) License required.
  • Experience managing large or complex HOA, condominium, country club, master-planned, or residential communities.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and personnel management skills.
  • Experience working directly with Boards of Directors and committees.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, accounts payable, collections, and vendor management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of Florida community association laws and operational requirements.
  • Proficiency with property management and business software systems.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Board of Directors, residents, vendors, and Association staff.
  • Oversee day-to-day community operations, maintenance activities, work orders, and vendor performance.
  • Prepare for and attend Board and committee meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-up on Board directives.
  • Coordinate covenant enforcement and architectural review processes.
  • Assist with annual budget preparation and review monthly financial reports and operating expenses.
  • Coordinate accounts payable, collections, assessments, and other financial matters with NGMA's accounting team.
  • Maintain Association records and ensure compliance with Florida community association requirements.
  • Supervise onsite personnel and promote accountability, communication, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure timely resolution of community issues and maintain a high level of resident satisfaction.
