As a Property Manager for our prestigious 350 -unit Class A luxury high rise community , you will be at the helm of a multi-million-dollar operation. Your leadership will help shape a community that residents love, and drive performance that sets industry standards. We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven leader with a proven track record in operations management, sales, marketing, and financial strategy. If you’ve demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, a sharp financial mind, and a commitment to delivering top-tier service, this role is for you!

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years as a Property Manager in the multifamily industry, with a focus on Class A communities.
• Strong sales, marketing, financial management, and operations experience.
• You thrive in fast-paced environments and are a natural at motivating teams.
• A high school diploma is required.
• You have a proven ability to lead a diverse team, delivering results while maintaining a positive, engaging environment.

Nice To Haves

• High-Rise experience is a plus!
• A Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the property within budget, ensuring maximum profitability while maintaining quality service.
• Inspire, lead, and motivate a dynamic on-site team to ensure we meet and exceed our resident service goals. You’ll recruit, train, and develop top talent who thrive in a collaborative environment.
• Deliver an unparalleled living experience by implementing and improving resident retention programs, addressing service requests promptly, and keeping resident satisfaction at the forefront of your strategy.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that attract high-quality residents, driving leasing success.
• Oversee the maintenance of the property, ensuring all systems run smoothly and that the property maintains its pristine condition.
