Ability to manage day-to-day operations of a mixed-income family housing community.
Proficiency in qualifying applicants, leasing, and recertifications.
Experience with AMR/MOR audits and financial reporting.
Skills in waitlist management, rent collections, and legal management.
Capability to conduct unit and common area inspections.
Experience in vendor management.
Ability to collaborate with maintenance teams for apartment turnovers and work orders.
Strong resident relations management skills.
Experience in office management and staff supervision.

Leasing and recertifications.
Completing AMR/MOR audits.
