This role is for a brand new construction apartment property in Moorestown, NJ.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the asset, including leasing, rent collection, and maintenance.
Ensure the asset is well maintained, clean, and compliant with regulations.
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and legal regulations.
Participate in new construction lease-up.
Prepare annual budgets and manage performance.
Execute project plans.
Provide executive level reporting.
