Property Manager (Crystal Springs Terrace)
About The Position
Some companies call them “Property Managers” or "Business Managers," but at Prometheus our Neighborhood Directors do so much more. As a Neighborhood Director your role is a constant blend of Financial Management, Customer Service, and Leadership. You will be responsible for ensuring your Neighborhood achieves income expectations, making every detail count, and being fluent in variance reports, market dynamics, and local rental ordinances. You will also be a problem solver for Neighbors, making renting easy and helping them find answers to complex questions. You will lead by example, ensuring your teams have the resources and training they need to thrive, and coach and develop your whole team to see them grow. The ideal candidate will create a warm and fun culture where their team feels at HOME.
Requirements
- At least two years' experience in a leasing position.
- Passion for working in customer service, sales and marketing.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
Nice To Haves
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Financial Management: Ensuring the Neighborhood achieves income expectations in the operating budget, recommending major capital projects, tracking office supply budget, making every detail (and dollar) count, being fluent in variance reports, market dynamics, and local rental ordinances.
- Customer Service: Being a problem solver that makes renting easy, helping Neighbors find answers to questions on complex rental laws or dissatisfaction with service, pitching-in and helping the team by touring Neighbors and answering phones.
- Leadership: Leading by example, showing Prometheans that tomorrow matters, working closely with the Neighborhood Service Manager to ensure teams have the resources and training they need to thrive, coaching and developing the whole team.
