Weinstein Properties, headquartered in Richmond, Virginia owns and manages over 60 apartment communities in Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, and Georgia. Still owned and operated by the Weinstein family after 70+ years, our continued success is attributed to our hands on approach to daily operations and our focus on the customer experience. This role will be placed at one of our beautiful properties in the Glen Allen area, where you will train under a current PM and be ready to take over. We operate with a high-touch management style and believe in setting our teams up for success through close collaboration and clear expectations. This is not a hands-off role. Our Property Managers are expected to take ownership of their communities while working side-by-side with our corporate support teams to drive performance and maintain excellence. Requirements

Prior property management experience required
Accountable, adaptable, and dependable
Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and organized
Self-motivated with a confident, solutions-focused mindset
Excellent communicators with a strong sense of urgency

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for escalated resident concerns, ensuring prompt and professional resolution
Lead, train, and motivate on-site teams while effectively delegating and mentoring
Partner with the Maintenance Supervisor to manage property projects and maintain community standards
Oversee daily operations including leasing, resident relations, administrative tasks, property appearance, and key performance metrics
Manage a high volume of requests from both residents and corporate, balancing multiple priorities with professionalism and care
