About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee all aspects of community operations. This individual will be responsible for maximizing occupancy, increasing revenue, controlling expenses, ensuring compliance, and leading a team committed to excellence. Weekend availability is required.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of apartment industry experience
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory and leadership experience
• Active Property Manager's License required
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
• Strong oral, written, and electronic communication skills
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

• Professional designations such as CAM, CAPS, or HCCP are highly preferred
