Peak Management is currently looking for a "ROCKSTAR" Property Manager to join our team at our soon to be acquired community. They will oversee 650+ units, located in Dallas, Texas. Ideal candidate should enjoy customer service and working with the public. Must have experience creating and enhancing value at all phases of a property's life cycle.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years in a Property Manager role
• Managing a staff of two or more
• Strong technical skills in budget preparation and reporting, finance, leasing, operations
• Solid understanding of Fair Housing
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and standing and walking
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
• Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather
