JLL is seeking an exceptional Property Manager to lead the lease-up and ongoing operations of a new luxury community in Coral Gables, FL. This is an opportunity for an experienced leader who thrives in high-performance environments and enjoys building something exceptional from the ground up. You will be joining an elite multifamily platform within a Fortune 500 global real estate company that is investing heavily in growth and leadership development. This role is ideal for someone who has successfully led a Class A luxury lease-up, understands how to build culture, deliver an exceptional resident experience, and consistently outperform expectations.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing a Class A multifamily community
- Exceptional leadership, communication and team development skills
- Strong financial acumen and operational expertise
- Attention to detail and a genuine passion for delivering excellence
- Someone who enjoys building teams—not simply managing them
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

- Successful luxury lease-up experience is strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of luxury community operations from lease-up through stabilization
- Build, coach and inspire a high-performing onsite team
- Drive leasing performance while delivering a hospitality-level resident experience
- Partner with ownership and regional leadership to execute business strategy
- Manage financial performance, budgets, reporting and operational excellence
- Create a culture of accountability, service and continuous improvement
