About The Position

Bader is hiring a Property Manager for Nova SP. Bader has managed rental communities in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul for more than 50 years and is one of Minnesota’s largest locally owned property management firms. This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position scheduled Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Compensation is $60,000–$65,000 per year, commensurate with experience, and may not be reflected in the posting. The Property Manager oversees property operations, including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, and marketing. The role provides customer service to residents and prospects, leads and develops property staff, maintains industry relationships, and ensures compliance with safety standards, company policies, and Fair Housing rules. Additional duties may be assigned by the Regional Asset Manager.

Requirements

Ability to oversee property operations, including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, and marketing.
Ability to provide customer service and communicate with residents and prospects.
Ability to develop, mentor, lead, and manage property personnel.
Ability to establish and maintain industry relationships.
Comply with OSHA standards, company safety policies, and Fair Housing rules.

Responsibilities

Understand, manage, and oversee property operations, including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, and marketing.
Provide customer service and communication to residents and prospects to support satisfaction, retention, revenue, reputation, and profitability.
Develop, mentor, lead, and manage leasing, customer service, maintenance, and management personnel to maximize engagement and minimize turnover.
Build and maintain industry contacts and relationships through trade organizations, property management associations, networking, vendor outreach, and peer groups.
Support the company’s philosophy and goals and adhere to its policies.
Ensure personnel in all departments comply with OSHA standards and company safety policies.
Comply with industry Fair Housing rules.
Seek educational opportunities and self-improvement for personal growth and development.
Perform other duties that the Regional Asset Manager determines fall within the Property Manager’s job description.
