About The Position

Bader is seeking a Property Manager for Nova SP. Bader has managed rental communities in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul for more than 50 years and is one of Minnesota’s largest locally owned property management firms. This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position with a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Compensation is $60,000–$65,000 per year and is commensurate with experience; the range may not be reflected in the posting.

Responsibilities

Understand, manage, and oversee all property operations, including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, and marketing.
Provide superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects to enhance satisfaction and increase retention, revenue, reputation, and profitability.
Develop, mentor, lead, and manage a cohesive, high-performing team across leasing, customer service, maintenance, and management to maximize engagement and minimize turnover.
Establish and maintain industry contacts and relationships in the property's marketplace through trade organizations, property management associations, vendor outreach, and peer networking.
Support the company’s philosophy and goals and adhere to its policies.
Ensure personnel in all departments comply with OSHA standards and company safety policies.
Comply with industry Fair Housing rules.
Seek educational opportunities and self-improvement for personal growth and development.
Perform other duties the Regional Asset Manager determines fall within the Property Manager’s job description.
