About The Position
This Beachfront Hi Rise Condominium Association is seeking an experienced Property Manager to serve as the senior on-site leader for their community. This position is responsible for the day-to-day management of building operations, staff and oversight, Board support, and coordination with outside professionals.
Requirements
- Experienced Property Manager
- Must live within 30 minutes of the Palm Beach area
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison to the Board of Directors
- Prepare management reports for Board of Directors
- Direct and oversee daily building operations and supervise on-site staff
- Coordinate preventative maintenance programs for major building systems
- Administer and oversee vendor contracts and service agreements
- Work in conjunction with engineers, contractors, and consultants engaged by the Association
- Assist with annual budget preparation and review monthly financial reports
- Review invoices and support financial oversight processes
- Coordinate hurricane preparedness and emergency response procedures when necessary
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents
- Administer community policies in accordance with Board direction
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Support Board meetings and communications
- Enforce community rules and policies
