About The Position
Weatherly Ridge is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead our community and drive success. The ideal candidate will be a Property Manager who can turn challenges into results, build high-performing teams, and create exceptional resident experiences. As Property Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the community, including occupancy, financial performance, compliance, resident satisfaction, team leadership, and ensuring adherence to company policies and industry standards. Requirements
- 5+ years of Property Management leadership experience
- 3+ years of Section 42 Tax Credit experience
- Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
- Proven team-building and leadership skills
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
Nice To Haves
- CAM, CAPS, or HCCP designations
