The Collier Companies is seeking a Property Manager to join their team in Gainesville, FL. This is an on-site role, reporting out of The Collier Companies Florida Home Office. The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with the ability to direct, motivate, and inspire a large team, working in a fast-paced environment that rewards success. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a successful Community Manager is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to manage a community size of 200 or more apartment homes.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team.
  • Proven track record of marketing plan creation & successful implementation.
  • Capital projects and maintenance knowledge.
  • Ability to manage a financial plan (aka budget).
  • Strong technical skills and experience with Entrata is a plus.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a quick problem-solving approach.
  • Have an eye for detail and commitment to curb appeal standards.
  • Desire to learn and grow within an award-winning organization.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in conventional and student housing is a plus.
  • Experience creating your community’s financial plan is a plus.
  • Experience with renovation projects and capital projects preferred.
