About The Position
The person filling this position is responsible for the management of a large 55+ condominium of more than 1000 units, 32 buildings, satellite offices/pools, and a main clubhouse with a pool. The perfect candidate must be a fast learner who works well in a fast-paced environment, has a friendly personality, and is hard-working. The manager would oversee internal staff of three office administrative and four maintenance staff. The primary role of a property manager is to serve the board in helping them achieve their goals for the community. The manager handles managing the staff and overseeing all operations including maintenance, finances, administration and compliance with documents and laws.
Requirements
- Must be certified and licensed by the State of Florida.
- 3+ Years experience.
- Fast learner.
- Works well in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly personality.
- Hard-working.
Responsibilities
