About The Position

Miro Apartments, Minneapolis is seeking a Business Manager with real grit, the judgment to make decisions without waiting, and the backbone to lead a community that asks a lot of the person running it. This is a seat with real ownership and real visibility, and we are looking for someone who wants both. Miro is a well-designed Minneapolis community with genuinely good bones and a product residents are proud to come home to. Ownership is engaged and invested, and they expect sharp, well-reasoned answers, which means the person in this seat gets heard and gets to make real decisions. The days are full and the pace is steady. The right fit is someone who reads that as opportunity, because a community like this rewards strong leadership quickly and visibly. SAIL is a Twin Cities multifamily management and marketing firm built on two principles: Legendary Service. Operational Excellence. We run a concierge-style operation across market-rate, luxury, and affordable communities, blending operational discipline with creative innovation to deliver experiences that go beyond expectations. Our core values guide every decision: Giving Our Personal Best, Intellectual Curiosity, Valuing Relationships, Enthusiasm. We hire people who hold themselves to that standard, and we invest in them. The Business Manager owns Miro. Operations, financial performance, resident experience, team leadership, and the ownership relationship all run through this seat. You set the standard, you build the team that holds it, and you are the person ownership talks to. You will not do this alone. SAIL's centralized maintenance, marketing, compliance, and accounting teams are behind you, and you will have on-site support to build and lead. What we need from you is ownership of the outcome and the judgment to make calls in real time.
