About The Position
Kape Property Management is looking for an experienced and motivated Property Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of multifamily and commercial properties in the Los Angeles area. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys working independently, and can bring strong organizational and communication skills to a collaborative small-office setting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of property management experience (multifamily and/or commercial)
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Proficiency in English
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field
- Spanish language skills
- Previous experience with Appfolio or similar property management software
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of multifamily and commercial properties
- Maintain positive tenant and client relationships through clear and professional communication
- Ensure properties are managed efficiently, addressing maintenance, leasing, and financial reporting needs
- Utilize property management software (Appfolio experience preferred) to track performance and support operational efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality service in a small-office environment
