About The Position

As Property Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall success of the community, including occupancy, financial performance, resident satisfaction, compliance, and team leadership. This role requires someone who can effectively manage daily operations while fostering a positive living experience for residents and a productive environment for team members.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of Property Management experience
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience
• A minimum of 2 years of Section 42 Tax Credit experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
• Weekend availability as needed
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation for emergencies
