The role involves taking ownership of the day-to-day success of the community, building positive relationships with residents, employees, vendors, and local partners, and ensuring the property is well-maintained, clean, safe, and welcoming. Requirements

• At least 2 years of Property Manager experience with market-rate residential properties
• Strong leadership and team-management skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Comfortable learning and using technology and property management software
• Strong communication and resident-relations skills
• Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and make sound decisions independently
• A positive, professional, and customer-focused approach

Responsibilities

• Drive strong occupancy and leasing performance
• Build positive, lasting relationships with residents
• Oversee rent collection and lease management
• Lead, train, and support office and maintenance team members
• Ensure the property is well-maintained, clean, safe, and welcoming
• Monitor property operations and employee performance
• Promote a positive and professional community environment
• Help ensure the safety and security of residents and the property
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local officials, police, fire departments, and other community partners
• Use technology and property management systems to keep operations organized and efficient
