The Property Manager at The Breck will be responsible for driving sales, measurably increasing revenue, improving resident satisfaction, and boosting the company's reputation within the community. This role involves strategically directing and mentoring a team of professionals, acting as a problem solver for residents and the team, and leading by example to ensure exceptional service. The Property Manager will lead a team of Leasing Agents, collaborate with the Maintenance team, and continuously seek ways to increase occupancy and resident retention. They will develop and execute strategies for challenging markets, approve and monitor budget expenditures, and report key business risks and opportunities to the executive team. Additionally, the role includes hosting engagement events for residents and maintaining the company's reputation by representing S2 and advocating for its Core Values.
