Project FIND's mission is to provide low- and moderate-income and homeless seniors with the services and support they need to enrich their lives and live independently. Today Project FIND operates three supportive housing residences that are home to about 600 people and four senior centers with over 3,000 members. Our members and residents range from the healthy and active to the frail and homebound to the homeless. Please visit our website at: www.projectfind.org. Job Summary: Under the supervision of the Director of Property Management, the position is responsible for all building operations. The Property Manager is responsible for all aspects of the tenant relationship to ensure the safe, efficient operation of the assigned building portfolio. The Property Manager is also responsible for ensuring the building receives timely maintenance services from on-site maintenance staff that are supervised by the Director of Facilities. The Property Manager will interact regularly with members of the social services team to ensure that prospective tenants meet the selection criteria, and to ensure that appropriate attention is directed towards tenants whose behavior, health, or financial circumstances merits special attention.
