About The Position

Pegasus is seeking a Property Manager for Twenty25 Barrett. The Property Manager leads, communicates with, coaches, mentors, and trains the team, modeling the company’s mission of creating referral-worthy customer experiences consistently. The role balances team leadership with business strategy and continuous improvement. The Property Manager advocates for the team to enhance individual performance while providing excellent service to internal and external customers. Occasional travel is required.

Requirements

At least three years of experience as a residential property manager.
Prior supervisory experience, including employee selection and hiring, team training and coaching, and budget processing.
Working knowledge of multifamily property management practices and processes, including Fair Housing laws and regulations, building and grounds maintenance, resident relations, leasing, rent collection, eviction procedures, accounting principles, property safety, and property management and accounting software.
Strong understanding of bottom-line results and balancing income and expenses.
Occasional travel is required.
