About The Position

Newbury Living is seeking a Property Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for marketing and leasing apartments to maintain high occupancy, executing leases and income/asset certifications for residents, and collecting and processing rent and security deposit payments. The Property Manager must adhere to fair housing laws and Newbury Living processes and procedures, while also providing professional resident relations.

Requirements

• Excellent leadership, supervisory and people skills
• 3+ years of apartment management experience preferred
• Excellent problem-solving, verbal, written communication skills, and computer skills
• Must possess a valid Iowa driver’s license and vehicle insurance
• Must pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Market and lease apartments to maintain high occupancy
• Execute leases & income/asset certifications for residents
• Collect and process rent and security deposit payments
• Adhere to fair housing laws and Newbury Living processes & procedures
• Provide professional resident relations
