About The Position

Newbury Living is seeking a Property Manager to join their team. This role is responsible for marketing and leasing apartments to maintain high occupancy, executing income and asset certifications for residents, collecting and processing rent and security deposits, adhering to fair housing laws and company procedures, and providing professional resident relations.

Requirements

• Excellent problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills, and computer skills
• Must possess a valid Iowa driver’s license and vehicle insurance
• Must pass a background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

• HUD and LIHTC property management experience preferred
• 3+ years of apartment management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Market and lease apartments to maintain high occupancy
• Execute certification of income and assets for residents at move-in & annually in a timely manner
• Collect and process rent and security deposit payments
• Adhere to fair housing laws and Newbury Living processes & procedures
• Provide professional resident relations
