About The Position
We are seeking a reliable, experienced PROPERTY MANAGER who is focused on customer service to join our growing team. In this position, you will coordinate the leasing and tenant management of our properties.
Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish.
- At least 3-5 years of property management experience in an apartment complex.
- Must be able to manage an apartment complex with at least 145 units.
- Computer Savvy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day requirements of property.
- Collect rent, utility, and other payments; enforce late fees for tardy payments.
- Negotiate lease contracts.
- Establish communication for repairs and emergencies.
- Manage all property personnel (landscapers, cleaning crews, etc.).
- Maintain a positive relationship with renters and tenants.
