Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proficiency in property management software (Yardi, Rent Café, or similar)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Proficiency in mobile applications for inspections, work orders, and communication
  • Proficiency in document management tools (PDF, scanning, electronic signatures)
  • Ability to generate reports and manage digital workflows
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, property management, or related field OR equivalent experience in property management or administrative roles
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service, operations, or compliance preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with affordable housing programs (HUD, LIHTC, RD, etc.) preferred
  • Certifications such as CAM, CPM, or Fair Housing are beneficial but not required
