The Property Manager is responsible for directly managing all aspects of their assigned commercial property. As a successful Property Manager, your goals are to maintain high occupancy rates, maximize profitability, and maintain a high level of satisfaction for both the property owner and tenant.   • Intellectually driven- proactive in problem-solving and eager to learn.
  • Up-to-date on the local real estate market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills
  • Committed, dependable, loyal and ready to contribute to the long-term growth of the company.
  • Tech-savvy and experienced with office software, IT Troubleshooting, digital marketing tools.
  • Creative and resourceful- with the ability to drive marketing and business development efforts.
  • Willing to travel to different property locations.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in property management, office management, construction administration, marketing, or a related role preferred.
  • Familiarity with construction permitting processes is a plus.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, CRM Systems, and general IT troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, advertising, and communication on social platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Market vacant properties.
  • Manage daily office operations ensuring efficiency and organization.
  • Show properties to prospective tenants and inform them of all available amenities.
  • Travel to our commercial property locations and meet with tenants and address their needs.
  • Inspect properties on a regular basis and schedule necessary maintenance and repairs.
  • Act as a point of contact between the office, tenants and lessees.
  • Assist with preparing, submitting, and tracking construction permits and field requirements.
  • Produce marketing initiatives, including maintaining the company's online presence.

  • Negotiate leasing terms and close deals.
  • Provide assistance to accounting, estimating, and project management departments.
  • Provide administrative support and other duties as assigned.
