About The Position
CEA is looking for multi-disciplined "construction company" estimating professionals to estimate quantity take-off needs utilizing historic benchmarking information and industry experience to develop complete cost estimate forecasting. The position emphasizes presenting budgets to owners and design teams, leading cost strategy discussions, supporting project pursuits and interviews, and influencing design decisions through real-time cost input.
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial GC estimating experience
- Experience pricing diverse commercial projects
- Ability to lead budgets independently
- Strong subcontractor relationships
- Experience presenting directly to owners and architects
