The Property Manager is responsible for providing leadership and direction in the efficient day-to-day operation of the apartment community. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license
Two years of apartment management experience
Leadership and team-building skills
Excellent mathematical skills (high school level)
Strive for excellence

Responsibilities

Directs and oversees the day to day operations of community staff
Ensures the accuracy and timely preparation of all required reports
Manages highly skilled on-site team in recruiting, training, counseling, and evaluation
Ensures excellent customer service to all residents and prospects
Achieves high resident retention and leasing expectations
