About The Position

American Landmark Apartments, recognized as a top national workplace for five consecutive years, is seeking an experienced and driven Property Manager for Scout Landing, a 275-unit residential community in Murfreesboro, TN. The Property Manager plays a crucial role in the company's success, overseeing efficient property operations under the direction of the Regional Manager. This role may involve due diligence, community acquisition/disposition, and participation in company committees and functions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years working in the apartment industry as a Property Manager
• Knowledge of RealPage/LRO and One-Site or similar systems is required
• Strong customer service experience required

Nice To Haves

• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) certification is highly recommended
• College degree helpful but not required
• Bi-lingual ability is helpful

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise office staff
• Conduct daily physical inspections of the property
• Manage the property's leasing operations
• Implement company leasing techniques and sales methods
• Maintain full knowledge of property rental information
• Operate the property's budget within company financial guidelines
• Interview, screen, and hire staff
• Prioritize and respond to resident requests efficiently and courteously
• Generate various company-required reports
• Collaborate on the design and implementation of a resident retention program (e.g., newsletter, referral program, social activities)
• Secure at least 10% of the overall closed leases at the property
