About The Position

We’re looking for an experienced Property Manager to lead daily operations, maximize occupancy, and ensure our multi-family community thrives. New Longview Apartments, located in Lee’s Summit, is an 206-unit apartment community with state-of-the-art amenities and spacious floor plans that suit all of our residents’ needs. As the Property Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of community operations while delivering excellent customer service and driving property performance.

Requirements

4+ years of multi-family property management experience
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively.
Knowledge of Fair Housing laws, leasing practices, and property operations.
Experience with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, RealPage, etc.).
Strong financial acumen with budget and reporting experience.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Managing day-to-day operations of the property, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
Leading, mentoring, and developing on-site team members.
Driving occupancy and retention through effective leasing and marketing strategies.
Preparing, managing, and adhering to the community’s operating budget.
Ensuring compliance with company policies, fair housing laws, and safety regulations.
Handling resident concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
Partnering with corporate leadership on reporting, financials, and long-term planning.
