Requirements

Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
Three or more years of property management experience, preferably in affordable housing.
Experience with LIHTC compliance and affordable housing programs.
A resident-first mindset with outstanding customer service and communication skills.
Strong leadership experience with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a successful team.
Experience managing property budgets, financial performance, and operational goals.
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day operations of our 98-unit LIHTC affordable housing community.
Build strong relationships with residents by delivering exceptional customer service and resolving concerns with professionalism and compassion.
Partner closely with the Resident Services Coordinator to promote resident engagement, community programming, and long-term resident success.
Oversee leasing, renewals, resident certifications, move-ins, and move-outs while maintaining strong occupancy and resident retention.
Ensure compliance with LIHTC, Fair Housing, and all applicable federal, state, and company regulations.
Manage the property's financial performance, including budgeting, rent collections, reporting, and expense management.
Lead, coach, and support the onsite team while partnering with maintenance to ensure timely work orders, quality unit turns, and excellent curb appeal.
