Peak Management is currently looking for a "ROCKSTAR" Property Manager to join our team at our soon to be acquired community. They will oversee 400+ units. Ideal candidate should enjoy customer service and working with the public.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years in a Property Manager role.
• Strong technical skills in budget preparation and reporting, finance, leasing, operations.
• Solid understanding of Fair Housing.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 400+ units.
• Create and enhance value at all phases of a property's life cycle.
• Manage a staff of two or more.
• Prepare budgets and reports.
• Handle leasing and operations.
• Give tours and meet with potential tenants.
• Traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather.
