About The Position
Habitat America, LLC, a growing property management company, seeks an experienced, professional Full-Time Property Manager for a new construction community in Prince Georges County, MD. This brand new community is finishing up a lease up. The Property Manager is the face of any property and therefore it is imperative that candidates are trustworthy, have excellent customer service skills, written and oral communications skills and an attention to detail. The candidate for this position must possess an upbeat demeanor and can do attitude. Requirements
- 3+ years of prior property management experience as a tax credit Community Manager.
- LIHTC tax credit experience required.
- Excellent communications skills and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently, and still be able to take directions given.
Nice To Haves
- TCS Certifications are strongly preferred.
- Tax Credit experience desired.
- Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) certification is a plus.
- Yardi software experience is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Reviewing monthly operating statements for accuracy, budget to actual variances and bottom line cash flow control.
- Producing reports and monthly financials in an accurate and timely fashion.
- Certifying and re-certifying resident income in strict adherence to agency regulations, where applicable.
