Requirements

Must be of the age of 18 or older
Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license
Must have the ability to pass a background check
Must have a clean driving record
Must have use of a reliable, insured vehicle
Must have basic computer skill abilities and be proficient in a variety of online platforms
2+ years in customer service role

Responsibilities

Problem solve and make decisions autonomously
Maintain details and follow process for monthly and annual tasks
Contribute to the creation of processes
Provide exceptional customer service
Collaborate with team members and across departments
Communication with property owners via phone calls, meetings and emails
Ability to trouble shoot issues with tenants
Review maintenance requests and charges
Conduct property inspections in occupied and unoccupied properties
Ability to prioritize a differing variety of tasks within a workday
Attention to detail and follow through is crucial to being successful in the role
