Requirements

At least one (1) year of property management experience
Strong organizational, communication and customer service skills
Ability to successfully multitask, solve problems and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of leasing, resident relations and community operations
Proficiency with computers, mobile devices and property management software (such as Yardi or RealPage)
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and motor vehicle insurance

Nice To Haves

Conventional, market-rate experience is strongly preferred
Affordable housing experience, preferred ( e.g. HUD Section 8, LIHTC and/or HOME)
Sales and marketing skills, a plus

Responsibilities

Oversee daily community operations in a timely and professional manner
Manage resident relations, including leasing, renewals and addressing concerns
Maintain a welcoming environment with strong curb appeal
Deliver the highest level of service to residents, prospects and guests
Help optimize the community’s performance by supporting occupancy, retention and financial goals
