About The Position

The Property Manager coordinates resources to effectively manage the community and accomplish management-established objectives. The role oversees leasing and maintenance activities, supervises staff, supports resident services, enforces safety and OSHA requirements, monitors community performance, assists with budgeting, and obtains bids for work beyond staff capabilities. The position profile describes key responsibilities and expectations but does not encompass every task; employees may be assigned other reasonable job-related duties by their supervisor. Requirements

At least 2 years of practical experience in the industry or in a position with similar responsibilities.
Leadership skills and understanding of effective management of personal development and career paths.
Ability to communicate effectively and write English fluently.

Responsibilities

Supervise leasing and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with operational policies and a 24-hour turnaround time for service requests.
Supervise staff, including training, performance reviews, hiring, promotions, and terminations.
Manage staff personal development and career paths effectively.
Enforce safety policies, regulations, and OSHA compliance.
Analyze performance and trends to market the community.
Provide excellent customer service while maintaining high standards for resident service.
Assist with budget preparation and adhere to approved budgets.
Secure bids for repair and replacement work beyond the capability of staff.
Perform other job-related duties reasonably assigned by the supervisor.
