About The Position
Property Management Associates is seeking a full-time onsite Property Manager to oversee 3 properties totaling 120 units in Santa Monica, CA. This role includes a free 1-bedroom apartment, a $300.00 auto allowance per month, and a $25.00 cell allowance per month. Requirements
- A minimum of 3 plus years of conventional multifamily property management experience
- Knowledge of property accounting, such as Yardi
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Proficiency with computers, including a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Proven ability to market and lease apartments
- Must live on-site
- One weekend is required
- Must be available for on-call as needed
- Valid Driver's License and Evidence of Auto Insurance
- Completion of a background check, DMV check, and Pre-Employment Physical
Responsibilities
- Perform daily/weekly comprehensive property walk-throughs, paying particular attention to items on the preventative maintenance list
- Conduct unit inspections, Property inspections and upkeep
- Service of notes and all aspects of day-to-day management
- Market, conduct tours and lease apartments
- Conduct competitive market rent analysis reporting
- Supervise and schedule maintenance staff & vendors
