About The Position
Venture Development Realty (VDR), in partnership with ICI Homes, is seeking an experienced and energetic Property Manager / Leasing Agent to support one of Florida's premier master-planned communities, Plantation Bay. Requirements
- Active Florida Real Estate License
- 3-5 Years of Residential Property Management and Leasing Experience
- Strong Communication & Customer Service Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Property Management Software
- Strong Organizational Skills & Attention to Detail
- Knowledge of Florida leasing and real estate regulations
- Passion for Delivering Exceptional Service and Community Living
Responsibilities
- Review and Analyze Contracts: Ensure residential sales contracts and documentation are accurate, complete, and compliant.
- Manage Contract Execution: Coordinate approvals, execution, and distribution of contracts and addenda.
- Serve as Cross-Functional Liaison: Partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, Closing, and Division Leadership on contract-related matters.
- Maintain Contract Systems & Documentation: Manage legal forms, contract records, homeowner association documents, and sales information in Mark Systems.
- Train and Support Sales Associates: Provide guidance on contract procedures, documentation requirements, and company policies.
