About The Position

Myan Management Group, LLC. is actively seeking a full-time Property Manager in Reno, NV to lead the operations of our apartment community. This role is for individuals committed to quality work, driven to meet revenue goals, and motivated to grow their skills. As a Property Manager, you will take ownership of the property’s performance, working to maximize occupancy, net revenue, and property value. You’ll oversee a team that includes assistant managers, leasing agents, maintenance supervisors, technicians, groundskeepers, and housekeepers.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years of multifamily residential property management/supervisory experience
Service industry experience
Experience with One-Site software
Ability to work scheduled hours, be on-call, and work overtime or weekends as needed
Valid driver’s license

Collaborating with your Regional Manager on supplies, staffing, and risk management
Hiring, training, and developing team members
Overseeing maintenance projects and ensuring safety standards are met
Maintaining the property's curb appeal and overall condition
