About The Position

Cornerstone is a property management company focused on exceptional service and maximizing revenue. The Property Manager is a business leader responsible for resident customer service, operations, leasing, renewals, collections, financial reporting, supplies, and communications for an assigned residential property. This role involves managing the day-to-day operations to achieve budgeted financial and operational goals while ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Minimum of one to two years' experience as a multi-family LIHTC property manager.
Working knowledge of OneSite or other property management software.
Reliable transportation, auto insurance, and a valid driver's license.
Proven ability to market properties.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
HUD/LIHTC experience.

Nice To Haves

CAM, ARM, or CCRM certification.
Bilingual or multilingual skills.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations, including property inspections, capital improvements planning, daily financial recording, and responding to resident concerns.
Manage property maintenance with the assistance of the maintenance team, including work order evaluation, permit compliance, and utility usage monitoring.
Maintain and manage all financial responsibilities, including invoice approval, record keeping, and variance reporting.
Manage and monitor rental collection, including timely rent collection, legal notices for evictions, and assessing move-out conditions.
Manage property personnel, including team creation, training, performance reviews, payroll submission, and safety training.
Manage, create, and monitor marketing activities, including market understanding, marketing surveys, and supervising the leasing team.
Perform other duties as assigned or requested to support property operations.
