About The Position
JCMLiving is looking for an experienced Property Manager to lead one of their beautiful communities in the York, PA area. As Property Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day success of your community while building positive relationships with residents, employees, vendors, and local partners. JCMLiving is a growing residential management company with communities throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Maryland. Requirements
- At least 2 years of Property Manager experience with market-rate residential properties
- Strong leadership and team-management skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable learning and using technology and property management software
- Strong communication and resident-relations skills
- Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and make sound decisions independently
- A positive, professional, and customer-focused approach
Responsibilities
- Drive strong occupancy and leasing performance
- Build positive, lasting relationships with residents
- Oversee rent collection and lease management
- Lead, train, and support office and maintenance team members
- Ensure the property is well-maintained, clean, safe, and welcoming
- Monitor property operations and employee performance
- Promote a positive and professional community environment
- Help ensure the safety and security of residents and the property
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local officials, police, fire departments, and other community partners
- Use technology and property management systems to keep operations organized and efficient
