About The Position

The Retreat, an exciting new 55+ community, is seeking an energetic, organized, and service-focused Property Manager to lead the leasing and operations of our newest community. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a lease-up property from the ground floor and help create a welcoming place residents are proud to call home.

Requirements

• Previous property management, leasing, hospitality, senior living, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced lease-up environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Basic computer proficiency
• A genuine passion for serving others and creating community

Responsibilities

• Leading all leasing and marketing efforts to achieve occupancy goals
• Building strong relationships with prospective and current residents
• Coordinating resident events and community activities
• Managing day-to-day property operations
• Supervising vendors and property staff
• Handling resident concerns with professionalism and care
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable housing regulations
• Maintaining accurate records, reports, and resident files
• Creating a positive, welcoming atmosphere throughout the community
